Set up three joiners in the Pune office: accounts, laptops, licences and access to the finance share.
On it. Here's the plan.
  • Accounts created in the directory
  • Licences assigned for each role
  • Laptops ordered and tracked in Desk
  • Finance share access needs approval
1 action needs your approval
Grant finance-share access to 3 new accounts

Everything else is done. I'll send each joiner their welcome pack once access is approved.

Message bots like teammates

Give a bot a task the way you would give it to a colleague. It plans the work, uses your tools, and comes back with finished results, asking only when a decision is yours.

  • Works from plain-language instructions
  • Keeps context between tasks
  • Reports back with what it did and why
Scribe Bot
Draft the reports for today's chest studies.
14 studies queued. 9 drafts are ready for review, 5 are waiting on dictation.

Run many bots at once

Create a bot for each job and add another as the work grows. Bots work in parallel, around the clock, and share what they learn when it helps.

  • One bot per job, as many as you need
  • Parallel work, even when your team is offline
  • Clear status for every bot

Bots work where you work

Connect a bot once and it uses your systems the way a person would: imaging archives, directories, ticketing, cloud consoles and chat.

  • PACS, RIS and HIS through DICOM, HL7 and FHIR
  • Microsoft 365, directory, ServiceNow, Jira, Slack and Teams
  • AWS, Azure and Google Cloud

Show a bot how it's done

Walk a bot through a workflow once. It saves the steps as a routine and runs it on schedule from then on, so repeat work stops landing on your team.

  • Teach by example, not by scripting
  • Routines run on a schedule or a trigger
  • You stay in the loop for changes
Teaching: Weekly patch report• Recording
  • Open the patch compliance view
  • Export hosts out of policy
  • Summarise by site and owner
  • Email the summary to IT leads
Save as routine

Bots get smarter over time

A bot keeps notes on how you and your teams work, such as preferred formats, approvers and exceptions, and applies them the next time without being asked.

  • Remembers preferences and approvers
  • Learns your templates and terminology
  • Memory you can review and edit

Connect the bots

Put several bots on the same job and they pass work to one another, so one alert can become a paused rollout and a tracked ticket without anyone relaying it.

  • Hand-offs between bots with full context
  • Every step visible in one thread
  • Approvals only where you decide

You approve what matters

Bots act within the permissions you set. Reads are automatic, changes ask first, and every action is recorded, so you stay in control without checking every step.

  • Permissions and approvals per bot
  • A full audit trail of every action
  • Instant pause for any bot

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is G Bots different from a chat assistant?

A chat assistant answers questions. A bot does the work: it signs in to your tools with the access you grant, completes multi-step tasks, works in parallel and keeps going when your team is offline, then asks for approval where a decision is yours.

Who is it for?

Teams in radiology, IT and security operations, and employee benefits, where work is repetitive, regulated or time-critical. Each bot is built around a G Inc. product and the workflows of that domain.

Where does it run?

As managed SaaS, in your private cloud, or on-premises. Healthcare and benefits customers often choose private or on-premise deployment so data stays inside their boundary.

How is my data handled?

Your data stays yours. It is isolated per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, and not used to train models for anyone else. Access is role-based and every action is logged.

Can a bot act without approval?

Only where you allow it. Read-only tasks can run automatically, while changes, deletions and anything that touches patients, money or access can require a person's approval first.

Which tools can bots use?

Imaging systems through DICOM, HL7 and FHIR, plus directories, ticketing, chat, email and cloud consoles. If you have an internal system, we can connect it.

How do we get started?

Pick one job in one team, such as drafting radiology reports or resolving routine service-desk requests. We set up the bot, connect your tools, and run a pilot before you scale.
